Paul J. DeYesso is responsible for directing all of the Company’s real estate investment activities. In addition, Mr. DeYesso coordinates all lease transactions for the Company’s existing portfolio of properties, and is a licensed Real Estate Sales Person.
Prior to joining The Nelson Companies, Mr. DeYesso was an owner/partner of Leon Limited of Boston. At Leon Limited he was responsible for the development and acquisition of over $100 million dollars of residential and commercial real estate. Mr. DeYesso was one of the lead partner/investors and the project executive for a team that assembled and purchased six separate parcels for the development of a new five-story, 50 unit, residential condominium development in Brookline and was responsible for the coordination of permitting, design, financing (debt and equity), construction and sales of the project.
Mr. DeYesso began his real estate career in 1989 at Cushman & Wakefield in Boston as an office leasing broker. In 1991 he joined the Codman Company as a leasing and sales broker and was responsible for the leasing and sale of over 2 million square feet of commercial property.
Mr. DeYesso graduated from Purdue University with a B.S. in Finance; and currently resides in Brookline, Massachusetts. |
